Mutual Solutions is a team of experienced consultants who undertake an extensive training program and assessment process to become accredited auditors with the National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR). This training and assessment process enables our consultants to utilise the Benchmark Injury Management Audit (BIMA) tool, also known as Consensus Based Disability Management Audit (CBDMA).
As a part of the accreditation process with NIDMAR, our consultants are also required to undertake continuing education courses each year that relate directly to injury and disability management to keep them up to date on industry trends and developments.
The team has a broad range of experience in workers compensation, OHS and injury management ranging from five years to more than 34 years. Our consultants possess tertiary qualifications in health or OHS disciplines as well as experience in the areas of claims management, premium forecasting, injury management and return to work.
